DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Of course! We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Our shipping rates and times are below:
Australia - $15 - 1-5 business days (sent Express Post)
Rest of the World - $49 flat rate (sent International Express Post)
USA / Canada / UK / NZ - 3-8 business days
UAE / Europe - 6-12 business days
Everywhere else - 10-20 business days

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your oder, and before we dispatch your items, we can refund your order immediately.

If we have dispatched your order, customers will have to wait for their order to be received, and then contact us for a return request. See how to return below.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM/S?

We offer one exchange per item for eligible, unworn and unaltered items (with tags attached); exchanged within 21 days of original purchase date.
Customers are to cover all freights costs (including duties and taxes) to return and send out the exchanged item/S.
Once received, we will send out your new item/s within 24 hours. Please contact us at hello@uncutgems.com.au with your exchange request.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, if your garment is unworn and with tags in tact you can apply for a refund to your original payment method (less freight paid).
We refund full priced items only. If you have bought an item on sale, we will issue a credit note online, with 12 months expiry.
Customers are required to pay return freight and any duties incurred on returned items.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY GARMENT OR INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

If you’ve received an item that you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@uncutgems.com.au with 3-4 images and we will contact you with next steps.

I FORGOT TO ADD A DISCOUNT CODE , CAN YOU ADD IT TO MY EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order is placed, we are unable to apply your discount code to your order.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE AT ONCE?

We are only able to accept one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
